Last years captain Jim has given up the armband and passed it on to the young Garry Baker. Last season Jim was inspirational to Lonsdales success. His fire in the middle of the park often broke down oppositions attacks while his pin point passing created many chances for the Lonsdale front line. Jim also contributed immensley to the goalscoring last season and as proof to his ability to keep cool under pressure, Jim is the designated penalty taker. He can also play at the back with his strong sturdy tackling and heading ability.
