Player/Manager Mark 'Casualty' Trimby spent most of the 06/07 season on the touchline due to an array of injurys. However, the lion hearted man at the back is always a welcome sight for the Lonsdale faithful as they know Mark will not shy away from anything...not even a post! Renowned for his tough tackling and no nonsense attitude he steady's the ship when times are looking bleak. Also strong in the air which helps out immensely at the back and also attacking when Lonsdale have dangerous set pieces. Marks missile like throw ins also cause havoc in the opponents box which often results in a mad scramble.
